Pricing & currency

All prices are set in Indian Rupees. Prices shown in USD, EUR or GBP are indicative conversions; the amount charged is in INR and your bank’s rate applies.

We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment you place an order is the price that applies to that order.

Retail and bulk orders

Retail purchase covers 1–2 pieces per design at the single-piece price. Wholesale pricing applies from the minimum order quantity shown on each product — 100 pieces for most designs — and quantities between those two bands are not available.

Bulk orders are confirmed against a proforma invoice, normally 50% advance with the balance due before dispatch.

Product representation

Because every piece is made by hand, colour, patina, grain and dimensions vary slightly from the photographs. Screen colour reproduction also varies.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by customs, couriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
