Dispatch

In-stock pieces are inspected, wrapped and dispatched within 3–5 working days of payment. Made-to-order and bulk pieces follow the lead time quoted on your invoice, typically 30–45 days for orders of 500–2,000 pieces.

Domestic delivery (India)

Flat ₹350 per order, complimentary above ₹15,000. Delivery is 3–6 working days after dispatch to most cities, with tracking sent by email and SMS.

International delivery

Standard tracked freight is 8–16 working days; DHL Express is 4–7 working days. We ship to more than forty countries. Large furniture and mirrors are crated and quoted per destination.

All shipments are insured for their full declared value while in transit.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST and customs handling charges are levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the product price or freight cost.

We declare full and accurate values on all export documentation and cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare value.

Delays

Customs inspections, weather and courier backlogs during festival periods can extend delivery. We will keep you informed and will always trace a delayed shipment on your behalf.
